Persona 5

So recently I've been playing Persona 5 and I'm really into it. It becomes like one of my most favorite RPG games so far. It has excellent story and music, the gameplay has slight change since Persona 4 and it works out pretty fine for me. Personally I would prefer Persona 5 to be the best Ps4 game this year. So have anyone played Persona 5? Do you think Persona 5 is the best PS4 in 2017?

Yeah but that was in Japan, I was considering its official release on Western market so it was 2017.

I played it, earned almost every trophies possibly on my first play through. How far are you in it? Its one of my favorite games this year for sure but there are issues I did have with it.

I've been wanting to play Persona 5 because it does look amazing but I was wondering whether I should play persona 4 first.

Frankly? P3-4-5 are pretty much excellent RPGs, you can play whenever you want, and i'm kinda happy persona 5 is back to its roots, feeling more similar to P3 than P4.

You don't really need to- their stories aren't connected. You might want to play it to see the evolution of the game's systems / if you fear you won't be able to go back to P4 (and P3) after playing the hyper-polished P5, though.
