I believe the guide as is contemplates all the choices that affect the game, with any others being perfectly up to you.
One of those is already there, and the other, if I correctly recall, seems to be a phone conversation, which doesn't seem to affect anything.

Yes and no.

The 'highest score possible' is when you see the last event and are presented with the possibility to confess from there on. It can't go any higher or any lower from there. In that sense, yes. The walkthrough has enough choices to see all events and confess.
The only thing the choices actually affect is how fast you see the events, and the only limit you have is time. If you choose bad choices all the time, you won't see all the events before the end of the time limit the game gives you.

So, there may be certain choices that give you more affection than others, meaning you can confess faster, but the only way to know exactly which would be to have access to the code itself or check way way too many combinations. Even if the end conversation changes, it's impossible to tell which gives more affection than others when they're both positive.

Out of curiosity, do you plan to add in the in/out choices to the final draft?  Asking since one scene in Yuzuyu's route could get a bit confusing for people not really used to it.  It's the only one I've finished as of this typing, so I'm not sure if there are similar scenes in the other routes.

The guide itself is complete (with help from other contributors). Any 'final' versions will consist of me testing all the choices myself one more time, and maybe add every single conversation. Maybe. If I ever decide to read every single one.

There are only enough time to get a confession-level of affection with 2 girls. Get to it with 1 girl first but do not confess. Proceed to get chummy with another girl until the affection level below confession with her and you will trigger these events

This triggers if you do not get a max (confession) affection level with any one of the girls before June 30th

Sorry for not replying properly! I don't intend to include them, as they're optional and up to the player. If it's not in the guide, then it's certainly optional.

Right. I will include dedicated notes when I do get to finishing it. I'd already left a note explaining how to unlock a jealousy scene*, so players should be able to if they try, but I'll experiment myself and include them properly at a later point.
Bad ends are unlocked by not achieving an ending before the allotted time. I'm actually surprised I didn't mention this anywhere within the guide itself. It's there now.

*Get one of the girls to stage four and another to stage 3 simultaneously.

question in the jealousy scene, does it matter who is maX affection/stage 4 and who is stage 3. does the tsundere girl at stage 4 and rina at stage 3 will give you the same events as rina at stage 4 and yuZUyu(?) at stage 3?

It is one of the things I want to check. I don't know as of yet, but I don't see why they would have different scenes.

i got a jealousy scene but it's just a short one tbh and it doesn't really effect the story in whatsoever.
let's say for example you maxed rina's affection and you can now confess, then you chose not to confess and you raise himari's affection to level 3 then after that the jealousy scene auto occurs after himari's scene has been raised to 3. (the first one you maxed is the one who will get jealous) after that i don't think you can trigger more jealousy scenes.
P.S. i don't think you can raise 2 people at level 4 since you don't have enough days, and the level 3 one will not get jealous. unless you start another game

i don't think there's a jealousy scene for misaki though. the japanese guide didn't put anything about it, even though there's a guide at the japanese walkthrough on how to get jealousy scenes for everyone except misaki. but once you've cleared misaki's route you will notice that once you start a new game misaki will now facing your way when you pick which girl to choose.

There's no jealousy short scene for the secret character which is Misaki, pity.! Just saying..
