Wizard Links(Fudegaki Soft) is glitching out on a certain scene. Can’t process

So, basically every time I get to a certain scene in the game the audio just loops and cuts in and out. With no dialog and my screen gets a white layer over the game. It is just constantly synchronizing and the only thing I can do is exit the game. 

“main.bin is not responding” is not responding is what I am being shown. Can’t click anything on the game window outside minimize and the close button.
