Where do I download DDWSystemTool?

Hello, I want to localize the game of DDSystem engine, but during the localization process, I came across DDWSystemTool and now I can't seem to download DDWSystemTool.

Is it no longer possible to use this tool?

Hi, I'm not sure if it will work on what you're trying to work on, but I found a tool for "DDsystem" which is apparently the same family of engines through my deep and enduring connections (I searched the eroge translations discord).
