Fate/Stay night Error, Game Crash

Yes, I have Japanese locale enabled. 

 

I have windows 8 on a dell laptop.

 

When I played the Fate route, the game generally ran fine.

 

However, as soon as I hit the first berserker encounter in my UBW playthrough, I the game started crashing at random points and would show japanese text in a box when it did so.

Does anyone know how to make the game work?

you can try just skipping through it. Not a perfect solution, but it worked for me on a version I grabbed from tpb.

I know. You need to download the release that doesn't sux.

Latest versions of the patches should not have this issue. So downloading original Fate ISO's and applying these patches should work.
