Comyu Kuroi Ryuu to Yasashii Oukoku Help with installation

I have tried to install the game, but with little success. On the test document it says that I need to run the exe, but the only on in the folder won't run on my computer. I am running windows 8.1. Also I have webroot on my computer. Since i've heard that it is a little trigger happy, is it webroot that is deleting an important file? Please Help.

Is your system set to japanese locale?

 

I also assume you downloaded it from Fuwanovel?

Yes. My locale is japanese and it is from fuwanovel.

When you try to run the exe what happens? Do you get an error or does it just do nothing?

 

If you get an error it might help to post an image of it.

when posting errors in this section , you should include a screenshot to better understand the problem ..

As Raphael said, I can't fix your problem if I don't know what is causing it. Please post a screenshot or at least list the exact information on the error, no matter how irrelevant you think it is. Even if I was a genius it would be near impossible to identify the problem with so little info.

I'm getting an error when trying to run this visual novel:

Windows 8.1 64-bit with Non-Unicode in Japanese.

 

Never mind read another thread https://forums.fuwanovel.net/index.php?/topic/6313-comyu-help/ talked about removing version.dll and version.sln they also prevent the visual novel from running on a 64-bit OS.
