I mean, this one is pretty famous but most people only play it for the lolz and don't get to the good stuff

Girl of the Bakehouse is ~4 hours of reading. It's the first story in what would eventually become the Girls Frontline franchise. So, it's one of the most influential VNs that no one has ever heard of before.
