I didn't know that, might give it a go. Unlike a lot of VN adaptions the YnS anime actually had my preferred ending, which dampened my desire to try the VN after the anime (like I did with say, Kanon for Nayuki). But I could do with experiencing the Sora story again in a different format. Don't really care about the others. It seems I have to read another route first, but Kazuha wasn't too bad so that should be fine.

Yosuga no Sora is probably your best bet if you are looking for english translated ones.

I loved Sora's route, both in the anime and visual novel, I think the VN did a better job, explaining more about Sora's past and trauma, but I'm still waiting to see how the route will end in the fandisc.

The only one that comes to mind is School Days HQ, well I doubt there are others which are translated in english.

Does anyone know what happened with this VN? Seems like they removed it from the itunes store without any apparent reason, they don't update the website so I tried to send an email to Zodiac but didn't manage to get a reply.

Oh i haven't read the novel but if they do then it's just your standard VN where they try so hard to make them not blood related *sigh* I really hope not. I can't wait to try it either way because imoutos are imoutos still
Pretty sure they do, yeah, it's a shame especially since there are so few (2-3?) translated VNs with incest.

Everything was fake in the end. The incest wasn't fake to a certain degree but the fact they cut it off for no good reason pissed me off so much

It will. You'll be able to choose any heroine you want to end up with.
And mainly because you'll be able to marry Kirino at the end. Unlike the fake marriage in the anime.

If you make the wrong choices then this could happen with every heroine. For example this one time when I was doing Mai's route, I made the wrong choice when fighting a spirit and I ended up with the black screen and was returned to the main menu. So I recommend saving at choices as a precaution.

What you are describing sounds like a bad ending to me. Kanon's bad endings usually end with a black screen and a return to the main menu. Unlike some other Vns, Kanon's bad endings don't provide extra exposition and don't unlock extra CGs, which is why all the walkthroughs don't mention what you described. So just reload a previous save and good luck!

Hello, Today i decided to play kanon after a long time , I've loaded an old save and stumbled upon what I think is a bad ending, there was no ending song, and the main menu suddenly appeared.
I've read a lot of walkthrough, including the one in this forum, but noone of these mention a bad ending, so I'm wondering if it really was a bad ending or just a bugged savegame.
The ending was makoto's where:
She gets hospitalized and her conditions get worse and worse, but Yuichi still hope that she'll return home someday.
If this really is a bad ending, are there more?

Well I'll watch Imocho, but I don't expect too much since the main characters aren't blood related , it'll probably be another Oniai.
I'll also watch Pupa, though I'm a bit disappointed it'll be only a 5 minutes show. Toaru Hikuushi seems interesting too.
