Is there any extraction tool for .rpd files?

I'm running japanese locale Kamidori Alchemy Miester I keep getting an error duirng battle. My operating system is windows 8 64. I downloaded from fuwanovel and have tried run as admin. This is my problem the first dungeon in the game worked fine and everything was great until I started this dun.

Yeah two issues made on this and both of them were not the same as are the menus not translated

Are the menus supposed to not be translated?
