Why am I seeing duplicates of the translation? I checked throughout my settings and couldn't find anything I think could be causing this.

Is it possible to run If My Heart Had Wings on a MAC with the steam release and 18+ patch? I have a friend who wants to play this but has a Macbook that cannot run specific Steam games.
