Pretty Single Motha

I uninstalled the thing, deleted every file that was in the patch, and reinstalled the game to my C hard drive only, not the program files folder. While it doesn't shut down anymore (the error message still appears, but I can just move it aside and play the VN normally), there are no sprites. I guess that's okay since I'm only in it for the h-scenes, but do you have a solution to that issue? FW apparently had some files that fixed that problem (found the link in a steam thread), but the link is dead.

No solutions?

I successfully installed the restoration patch, but the game itself is not working like it should. Whenever I get a few seconds in to the game, this error message pops up My system locale and applocale are both fixed to Japanese. I also changed my date and time format to Japanese, but to no avail.
