Where, the above post? I used Crass and it extracted the mpg movie files. napout just closes as soon as I click the exe (it's in the directory folder) and animeED, I have no clue what to do

Is there a way to extract the background files from JAST USA version of Steins;Gate? I've read a bit through this thread and have seen a small bit of information but it wasn't very well documented. I'm extremely new to exacting files, so it'd be nice if someone could give me a bit of advice. What I understand is: 1. That there is a file called .npa that contains the CG/background files. 2. That these files are encrypted? 3. I need to use a program to decrypt the files and to extract them. So, there is a program, correct that you place into the steins;gate diectory? What do you type into the cmd once you place it in the directory? Step by step instructions for total noob would be appreciated. Sorry if it's not possible or it's against the rules to ask and for being bothersome. :X
