    It worked now when I used applocale. I got locale set to Japan and language installed (I have few vn installed and running) so not sure why it doesn't work without applocale. Well most important is that its ok with it so thanks for help and problem solved.

    I'm trying to install Ikusa Megami Zero and this error popping up I'm using Windows 8.1, and i have Japanese locale. Can someone Help?
