  1. Try this one out http://harukaze-soft.com/support/nora/
  2. How exactly do I do that, because it doesn't look like i can put my foreign address down for the shipping address.
  3. Can you buy this even if you don't live in Japan?
  4. My advice would be try not to burn yourself out on it. Learning a language isn't easy and It's a pretty long process. So don't go all out straight away cause most of the time that will burn you out. Just try and get into the habit of studying bit by bit and slowly work your way up from there, that would be best in my opinion. Oh and if you have the money maybe go to something like a language school, cause it doesn't hurt having someone you can ask in person for help. It's also a good way of making sure that you at least have a definite time when you study the language. It also doesn't hurt to have a specific goal in mind like something to work towards for example maybe there is an untranslated vn that you really want to play, maybe you could make it your goal so that if you ever lose faith you can look at that and remember why you are doing this. And make sure to have fun while doing it. Hope it goes well for you. I am rooting for you!
  5. I could be wrong but I think I heard somewhere that the rate of Hikikomori in Japan has been dropping lately.
  6. If you are looking for an interesting Drama then I recommend Fuuka but If you do want to read it then I strongly suggest you read Suzuka and Kimi ni iru machi first, in that order since Fuuka is kind of like a continuation of those 2. And if you want some good relationship drama then Domestic Na Kanojo is pretty good If you want something a little darker for drama then Kuzu no Honkai and this isn't a drama but Fujimura kun meitsu is a really funny and an enjoyable time
  7. I have a few Winged Cloud Saves Visual Novels AGAIN? VN of the YEAR Already decided? Step Aside Clannad and Steins;Gate there is a new GREATEST visual novel ever? You won't believe how the Sakura series has SAVED Vns again? The PEAK of Storytelling in VNs Reached? I regret nothing
  8. Thanks, The only one on there I have read is Cartagra so I will make sure i give all the other ones a shot.
  9. Cool, I haven't read much mystery myself got any recommendations? and I like your avatar what's she from?
  10. Nah your introduction wasn't terrible at all. What kind of Vns do you like?
  11. Maybe the community should get together and show Falcom that there is a market for Japanese voicing in the west. Maybe through social media or something.
  12. Could someone explain the benefit of those types of contracts because I just can't understand the benefit.
  13. I agree with @ratboi if games where you can to kill hundreds of people are allowed on steam then there really shouldn't be a problem with Vns that have vanilla romance sex scenes in them. But then again i could see it becoming a slippery slope. Like people wanting nukiges and stuff on steam too.
  14. Aww man i was actually thinking of getting the ps3 version of this at some point in the future, thanks for the heads up. I might have a look around and see if i can get it anywhere for a reasonable price.
  15. I have to go with adult versions but I do think it would be good to have more vns on consoles
  16. Unless you are really well informed in the vn community you wouldn't know that sakura spirit is bad because the steam reviews are very positive. But I think the most important factor in sakura spirit selling so well is it's price tag.
  17. I use slime forest for learning kana/kanji and I listen to Japanesepod101 to help with increasing my vocabulary. Good luck, I hope it goes well for you.
  18. Golden Time Vivid Memories, Date A Live: Arusu Install, Yahari Game demo Ore no Seishun Love Kome wa machigatteiru, Nisekoi Yomeiri !?, To Love Ru Trouble Darkness: True Princess, The Asterisk War: The Academy City on the Water Houaa Kenran, Mahouka Koukou No Rettousei: Out of Order I know that most of these probably won't be good but I would still like to play them.
  19. Oh yeah that's coming out. I hope it's good. I should really go back and finish the game.
  20. Oh yeah i get what you mean now, come to think of it i have noticed that quite a bit in their games. But i don't think i have noticed anything as bad as what @Decay is talking about. Maybe i just haven't played enough of their games. The only reason I even picked NIS is because they release their games on consoles.
  21. Sorry I am not completely sure what overlocalize is
  22. Not sure if this counts but NIS is pretty good.
  23. I tried watching it a few years ago but couldn't really get passed the 2nd episode cause I was busy. Is it worth going back to?
  24. To be fair you would expect it to be in gaming talk, so it's not exactly your bad.
