The game won't open even if I changed my locale to Jap, restart computer, run admin, download CCCP, applocale, or just about anything. I'm not sure if the problem is because I'm trying to open the game from Windows 10 and the game isn't compatible with it. If this isn't the case, and there's actually another solution, please tell me. ;w; Trying to get this game to work causes migraines.
