Thanks for all the recommendations! I think I'll try introducing her to Amnesia since several people recommended it and it looks to both pretty interesting. I'll probably skip the whole step by step introduction thing though as she's already into anime and manga and she's played Long Live the Queen which is kind of VN-ish minus a proper plot.

I'm trying to get my girlfriend into VN's and I figured it would probably be easier to start her off on an Otome game that's actually aimed at girls rather than a bishojo game. I know nothing about otome games though other than a certain one involving pigeons. Does anyone have any recommendations?

The pole needs an option to vote equal Each medium is good at different things. VN's have the potential to tell a longer and uncensored story (at least if you're not buying them off steam...) but they only reach a very niche market. Anime has the opportunity to present the story to a much broader audience, and really bring action scenes alive (have you seen f/s ubw), but obviously are limited by time and budget constraints in telling a story. I'd actually really like some VN's like G-Senjou no Maou to get an anime adaptation so more people can experience its story.

I actually prefer Jill too I just wanted to use a male character for my avatar. Your avatar's pretty nice too, though I find it amusing that you've got a picture of Roy when your name's Ike. Anyways I am actually a native English speaker, but I'm Canadian so I guess we have a bit of a different accent from Brits or Americans who you're probably more used to hearing. Thanks for the feedback, I'll definitely try to slow down and speak more precisely in future videos.

I would have have really liked to see a route for Tokita Yuki from G-Senjou no Maou. I feel like she's easily more interesting than any of the main heroines other than Haru in the story and certainly far more so than her sister.

Hi everyone, I've been reading stuff on Fuwa for a while now but never actually participated so I decided it was about time to actually create an account. I'm big fan nakige like Little Busters and Grisaia no Kajitsu and also occasionally lighter stuff like Majikoi. Currently I'm reading Kamadori Alchemy Meister and I'm really enjoying it, though it has enough game play that I'm not sure if that really counts as a VN.
