Yeah I guess I might say Planetarian since it is pure distilled Key and showcases what they were really known for which is making you feel really, really, sad. After that? I'd say Rewrite since it is a real departure from their usual method and was a bold new step forward. Then Clannad because that monolith is about as Key as you can get at least two of the routes are some of the best I've experienced.

He meets a jazz musician who tells him about chickens that talk and probably think. “The worst of it,” the musician says to him, “is that the governments of the planet know it and that’s why so many people raise chickens.” The boy objects that the chickens are raised to be eaten. The musician says that’s what the chickens want. And he finishes by saying: “Fucking masochistic chickens, they have our leaders by the balls.” 2666 Roberto Bolaño -
Very well if we must battle then let us battle and if you want blood? You got it We won't be stopped our movement shall prevail. We will cleanse the shame of the Imoutos in the fires of war!

Very well welcome aboard the Anti Sister Fucking In Visual Novels Squad!
-
Extra confession I think I have come to despise sisters in visual novels especially when the dreaded words "not related by blood" are uttered because I know that no matter how close of family the two are by the end of the story there's almost a guarantee of the protagonist fucking them.

Oh good luck on your weight loss journey! I have had some success in that area but it's not easy. I still need to get into exercising though but I have yet to do so. What do you do to exercise? Confession even though it used to be one of my all time favorite genres I have largely stopped listening to hip hop. I just don't have the drive to seek out new artists like I used to.

Finished Maki'sroute in Tsujidou-san no Jun’ai Road and I really enjoyed it she has the best expressions. One thing I really don't care for in it though is the goddamn sister. I am really getting sick of her annoying antics.

What are your thoughts on Western indie VN's?
Ranzo replied to Thatcomicguy's topic in Visual Novel Talk
I haven't played many of them only about three. One was Sakura Fantasy which was kinda decent so of course they dropped it after the first chapter so they could focus on more shitwater. The second one was Crimson Gray which was good and The Sweetest Monster which I thought was great. I started The Letter a while back but didn't get anywhere with it. I think they have the potential to be great so long as they forge along their own path and stop imitating their Japanese counterparts. I guess Katawa Shoujo could be called a western vn? That would make it four -
Hey Asuka I read your whole post I can kind of relate to what you are going through I was a loner, in high school, and never tried hard to do well, wasn't very good at sports, and mostly kept to myself. I did manage to have a few friends though but they were mostly only surface level. From what you posted it seems like you have gone through a much much worse experience than I ever did but I felt like mentioning it so that you know that I at least have some kind idea where you are coming from. I didn't have the level of anxiety and paranoia that you have but I still have some mild form of depression and anxiety. The good thing about high school is it is not the end and it should not be thought of as such. The people in high school don't matter all of their friend circles and cliques won't mean a thing when you graduate. There is still so many things that you have yet to experience or accomplish. In a few years your experience will hopefully be just a blemish on your otherwise fruitful life. There are also so many different people with experiences that are similar to yours and have to go through similar bullshit as well. Congratulations on making the first step and posting about your experience. I imagine that it was really hard to write. I definitely don't think that you are stupid or a coward. You are quite brave for posting this. I hope you can stick around and post more. Feel free to message or talk to me on here. I know how important a welcoming online community can be. When I think about my few really happy times from my high school days I am reminded of all the good times I spent on a forum with a lot of like minded people. Think of me as your friend is what I"m trying to say.
