Since they haven't been named in the thread yet, Eien no Aselia, Bunny Black, Daibanchou and Utawarerumono have all also been translated into English and are pretty great, if not as sleek as some newer games. Eushully consistently puts out great strategy games in their own right, but to my knowledge only Kamidori has been fully translated and the text is fairly kanji-heavy for a second-rate reader like me.

Aw shucks, thanks! I've played quite a few. My favorites are Kamidori, Bunny Black, and the Rance games -- I like a side of RPG with my anime tiddy, but I also really like VNs and will play pretty much anything. Not really into nukige unless it's too weird to ignore.

I doubt the deadline was his decision. I'm sure it came from the publisher, since in every interview that he's asked about a release date he's said there isn't one. Still tho, give us the goods!! I want more lute rock and Shakespearean sex fairies.

I have a minor in Classical Studies but if you asked me to translate any Attic Greek/Latin now I would probably secretly Google it. (￣▽￣") I sometimes pick up some Virgil or Catallus now and then but it's been awhile since I've actively studied it.

Picked up Ubik the other day. Really excited to start reading contemporary lit again after a very full schedule of British Victorian women last term -- less dry than I expected but none of it existential sci-fi. I started the Stormlight Archive around the time the second book came out before realizing there are going to be a fuckton of books to wait for. I'm already upset that Rothfuss hasn't put out a new Kingkiller book yet after missing the deadline by like a year, I hate waiting just a little bit more than I like epic fantasy.
