Or try these for a start 1- Stop using a beta version of windows.2- Reinstall all the redist.3- Update the redists using windows update.4- Close every other software you may be running in the background.5- Change system's non-unicode comp mode to english or japanese.6- Move the game to another drive.7- Check drives for errors and bad sector.8- Wait until a windows/redist update is released and check is the problem is still there.
