That's how it goes usually lol either the English is trash, it's cencored to all hell or it's in Japanese. What a frustrating hobby for an English speaker
Man I have to pick one up, I like the idea of having choices so even if there aren't any I'm interested in I still like to pick up vns whenever they sell on a new store
So I'm playing the GOG release Of ch 1-6 of higurashi. Where do these fit, and what about the other 2 titles in the main series listed on the wiki page. Also the ps3 version mentions it includes all 19 chapters which really confused me.
I was just wondering what your guys experience is with running windows VNs on Linux using wine, proton etc. windows compatibility stuff, I just switched, and it'd be nice not to have to dual boot anymore just for VNs
Heard good things about alternative, but not much about muv-luv (original) and it has a pretty average scores compared to alternative, is it worth playing through before jumping into alternative, and will I be lost if I play alternative first?
I'm still relatively new to visual novels but so far my favorite has to be Ever 17. Good characters, and the premise is pretty interesting too. It's hard to find since nobody has the rights from what I've heard, but a ripped version is floating around somewhere.
