hello im new at using VNR and it seems that i can't download the Vicon japanese-english dictionary from the VNR itself. i tried to look for the files online and the official website itself and it seems all the links are dead. Would love if someone can share the Vicon dictionary and some tips about VNR would also be nice Thanks in advance (also sorry if this the wrong section to ask this is my first post please tell me if im doing something wrong)
