Problem trying to login on DMM in K3

So a few days ago I bought Kajiri Kamui Kagura from Fanza DMM and all the installations went well, I had to download soft battery runtime which wasn't a problem. But when I try to run the game I need to login with my DMM account (at least what I think they are asking for) but I get constantly get an error which reads "submit error.(12029)". https://imgur.com/a/7DSMqvz Can someone help me out with this please?
