It's solved, I just stupidly missed some choices in some days (I started the game again, skipping all that took me 15-20 minutes)

Hi everyone On day 32 I'm supposed to go to the hospital but I don't have the option in the dialog (I didn't unlock the side story of that day) So I continued normally until day 36 but now I have no interaction in the Nanaya forest so I'm stuck I'm doing the game with this guide https://forums.fuwanovel.net/topic/17995-kagetsu-tooya-tohya/ Can you help me?
