aw man I was so happy when I found someone else had the problem, alas this didn't work either. What eventually works is that I keep clicking on it until it pops up, it could be 2 tries it could be 11 tries. This does mean i have like a dozen neXAS background apps running though so I have to manually close them. so annoyinig. Windows 11 was a mistake I hope a solution comes out soon though. fingers crossed
