To be honest, I haven't found the tech support for licensed titles to be as simple as I had thought, and I've been having some issues with them lately. I feel like I'm spending more time debugging than using things, whether it's software or access concerns. The fact that I'm also looking for help with law exams online assistance adds to the difficulty of managing everything. Everything is slowed down when the technology malfunctions, especially when time is already limited. I simply wish there were easier, faster methods to get the help I need so I can focus on the important things.
