If it was a Rin, I'd be all for using at least 5 love gems, if not more. Character on the card matters to me, that's why I play this, and Umi is just one of my least favorites.

People are definitely spamming love gems now, I'm only 300 points from being out of the top 1000 and I normally have a 600-700 point save zone at all times. I'm just going to forget about the top 1000 and do the 1000-2000 range. I'm also not going to bother waking up in the middle of tonight since I have an exam tomorrow. So yeah, this is me dropping it out of this competition since I refuse to waste love gems on a card I don't care about.

I just realized it was him at the top of the leaderboards. I look at them all the time too... My rank in the top 1000 is doomed. I've done everything I can to play as soon as I'm about to start wasting LP and I'm still rank 800... On the bright side, I have 9.7k event points and am getting my Umi today most likely. @xisashi: I know EXACTLY what you mean. Every single time I try the song I get a good in the first 30 seconds because of some awkwardly slow notes.

Looks like they were added at a later date, both the practice and Snow Halation outfits. In some cases the training card turned I to the Bokura no Live, Kimi to no Life outfit, while sometimes the training outfit turned into Snow Halation (or if the character changes their training clothes, like Rin, former with former, latter with latter) That's one thing I was conflicted about. Do I want to Idolize that Rin if I got her so I have her Snow Halation outfit, or keep the 2nd training outfit since it's such a meaningful outfit for her... I just noticed the release date of those cards and realized we won't be getting them for a long time, if ever, since they were just released in Japan last week

Just got another rare, but just another idolization. At least I'm not getting repeats. And I actually really like this card, especially since I always liked the Wonderful Rush outfits.

Depends on the card's appearance, but ignoring that, probably UR because you get a larger leader boost for starting a song.

I liked bryhildr until they started brining forced romance into the series. I really didn't care for that so my enjoyment factor has gone down significantly Anyone watch Baby Steps? I honestly don't care about sports IRL and don't go out of my way to watch them in anime, but I'm really enjoying this one.

I got bored of that but should just finish it. I don't have access to s computer for several days so Toradora Portable would be a great VN since I can run a PSP emulator on my phone and play it that way. I actually already did that but deleted the game without deleting the saves so all I would have to do is redownload it.

What do you mean 2 SR? Where would I get a 2nd? My reward for top 1000 is 1 SR Umi and my reward for 1000-2000 is a free scout, which is the equivalent of 5 gems. Sure, at that point it would probably be more beneficial to get the 3 Love Gems so I can do my 10+1 sooner, but I dont see myself dropping over 3000 ranks if I keep aiming for the top 1000. I would rather get the SR Umi so I can idolize, but I wont complain about not keeping top 1000 because I'm still getting a chance at a SR or UR. Most likely a Rare, but you could always get lucky

I don't get what you mean with a part of that, but yeah you only get the tier you qualify for. I'm fine with either 200-1000 or 1000-2000 because one will let me idolize Umi while the other will give me a free rare, which could end up being an UR.

I just realized my post was owned by autocorrect since I suck at typing on my phone. Fixed things in it, but yeah, do t think I would be able to get a high score on the event so g since I'm not all that good anyway, getting like 50+ greats each attempt, so doing the 10+1 just to get cool rares would be a waste. I'm slowly dropping in rank for the event song. I'm just above 700 when I used to average just above 600. I'm probably not going to keep a spot in the top 1000. Oh well, that free honor student draw is appealing too. Currently at 8446 event points so I'm close to earning that Umi though.

I just watched last week's and this week's episodes and really liked both of them, things are really coming together. Although I personally don't care for the story that much, I do like the way it is told

Yeah, I have 54 gems right now but am waiting til after the event to do the 10+1. It might help me get more cools for this event but w/e, I can't efficiently FC the event song anyway. I've yet to do so once...

No friends that do visual novels, unless you include someone I met once IRL that I mainly know online. And even then, I'm the one who got him into reading one.

I realized recently that a 3rd 10+1 isn't the most important thing me since I already have gotten 35 rares and will be getting 11 more in my 2nd draw I already have enough for. The best part is the guaranteed SR though.

I got a Smile Maki luckily, that made me extra happy. New extent of my dedication: I was 39 exp from ranking and the points recharged while I was at the grocery store, so while walking around with my brother and mom, I put my ear buds in and used my brother's back to guide me through the store while I played a couple songs to not waste any LP. I was actually playing extremely well walking around like that surprisingly.

A major complaint of WIXOSS I heard was that they never explained how the game worked. Did they ever get around to that? I watched the first 3 episodes but discontinued it because I tend to watch only what's on Crunchyroll on my Xbox 360 and only go out of my way to watch things that actually highly interests me.

I feel left out because so many people I know who like the same type of characters as me say they liked Chains, but I didn't really care bout her. I think her lack of complete sentences annoyed me to no end.

I've played completely consistantly and maybe wasted like 5-7 LP total this whole event. I also only play 15LP Hards unless I'm about to rank up, then I look up the minimum LP I can spend to level.

Although this one is not as a big of a flaw since this also happens in the manga so they're merely adapting it But the overall big plot still continues (The whole Embryo search thing) so if you wanted a conclusion you're going to get it. I also preferred season 1 but season 2 is not bad if you look at the grand scheme of things. The conclusion is a bit on the meh side but that's why the manga exists. So, based on what you've seen me say I've liked over my short time on this forum, would you recommend Shugo Chara? I watched the first episode a while ago and thought it was enjoyable, but I tend to highly avoid anything that reached the 100 episode mark.

PP farm ftw. rrtyui is still better, but he doesn't bother grinding PP like Snow White and Sayo do. Kinda like how Wubwoofwolf was #1 in PPV1

^congrats on 4000th post. And I'm also waking myself up, but need to decide if I want a fuller sleep on Sunday night since I have my first exam on Monday. I normally only get 6 hours of sleep for class anyway, so dunno what I'm going to do. I also know everything for this exam so it should be easyy.

Hard only. I cleared it once on easy and normal for friend points and then hard since. 3 15LP song plays let's you do the event song, so every time my LP recharges is 1 event song play as well.
