I remember seeing Eiyuu Senki some time ago (maybe some years?) and thinking "damn, this is the kind of VN I wish got translated. "Tactical" gameplay, waifus and world domination. Then, this week I randomly decided to check for the first time in ages erogedownloads and, lo and behold, it was there as a translated VN. Yay~ One question, though. I've already seen the first 2 h-scenes with Himiko, so I'm wondering... do all characters have at least 1 scene? Only some? Or is it only Himiko? I'm wondering this cuz I've seen those 2 scenes, which were very close together, and then nothing with any character for quite a while.

Oh boy, on a single playthrough? Mostly telling you that because Bloodborne influenced the change in the style for the mechanics in Dark Souls 3. You'll probably see soon enough that the fighting is less sluggish than in 1, and encourages aggressiveness.

It's kind of Dark Souls 1 + Bloodborne. If you've played this last one, I recommend you tackle 3 with the same mentality. If you haven't... I recommend that you switch to speedy fighting, moving and dodging and so on. An aggressive playstyle.

Xillia really got very extreme opinions, people either loved or hated it. To me, it's one of the best Tales of that I've played.
