The LN is still ongoing I do believe, but I agree, I don't think a second season will appear. It was a good anime, just so little character progression throughout I mean up until the end when they burned through it and it ultimately came to nothing.

I'm pretty much the same. I love Doujins though with my favourite characters in and I rarely skip H-Scenes in VN's. Sometimes I find myself laughing out loud at them, but still Some of the Hentai I've seen has been pretty good though, it's all down to personal preferences/opinion though!
