I don't know if I should be posting/writing this somewhere else, but I am unable to open .torrent's and would like to if there is a specific way to download them, or if I need a certain program. Also I am pretty bad with computers so please tell me if I need to do anything aside from just downloading some torrent reading thing. And if you can tell me, what does changing your system locale to Japan do? I read the page on fuwanovel about it but didn't know what it would do, or if it was actually necessary.
