    What's the meaning behind your username?

    My name is quite difficult to explain because it's contain my philosophical thought behind it, but i'll try (since no one would read it anyway)

     

    Dark is color, but not a simple color. Every time you used too much color or mixed to much color everything goes dark. I saw the world from many point of view, too many... i am not even sure which is mine. Dark is referring an unknown side of what it's may contain and so do i...

    I am not me who is i am, forgotten by my own self, unknown from others...

     

    Blank refer empty, it's mean i was nothing. Not here, not there, not even exist. There is million of human that live in this world, or maybe billion? But, half of them are mean nothing to the other half or maybe even to this world. How i could life when i mean nothing for this world? thats why i pick blank a.k.a empty, space, or nothing.

    I have some question here: which is more polite ; penis, dick, or cock?... or, is there any polite words that refer a man genitals?

     

    Since it's difficult to explain what's going on this scene, i'll put the text instead :

     

    匠: 「はい！？　えっと、ろ、ろ、ロマン語……！？」
    静流: 「教えてくださったじゃないですかぁ！　おっぱいと対の言葉があるはずでしょっ！？」
    そんなこと言ったか俺？　いや、確かに言った気がする、あの時も気が動転して……。
    匠: 「お、お、大いなる大地の芽吹きとか……！」
    静流: 「わかりました。あ、あのですね、朱里くんの大いなる大地にょ……長すぎますっ！！」
    匠: 「すみませんまた動転して！」
    静流: 「私だって一緒ですわ！　もっとあるでしょう……その……ち、ち、ち○ことか？」
    匠: 「わぁぁ、ダメです！　正宗家のご令嬢がそんな露骨なワードを！」

    I don't know it either, but basically it's just extract the game file > modify it > then repack it again isn't it?

    I have heard, there is software called kikiriki that can help with that... i am not really sure though since i have no experience with magic (hacking).
    If you want to translate a game, i heard there is a way to translate vn without hacking in this site : https://sakimichi.wordpress.com/2013/09/19/translating-visual-novels-without-hacking/

    don't ask me if there is something that you don't understand because i don't get it either. hope this help.

    2) Positions you can fill: JP-EN TL, Beta tester (playing for free), Moral support
    3) Types of projects (VNs) preferred: As long it's not a nukige game
    4) Availability (edit this one as you get involved in projects): Busy
    5) (VNs most interested in producing an ftl for:

    - Whirlpool games such as, Lunaris Fillia, Justy Nusty, etc

    - Yuzusoft games

    - Koiken otome revive

    6) Motivation for joining in on ftl: Learn japanese by practice and mostly help me learn english
    7) Conditions* (any additional conditions, under which you will or won't work):

    can't work on :

    - VN with to many H scene (Nukige)

    - VN that use many difficult kanji, or many kanji jokes.

    - Unfriendly Brotherhood, (i am in learning stage after all)

    Note :

    I am not a native english speaker nor a japanese. I can't guarantee you a perfect translation since i am still learning both japanese and english.

    All i got right now is N4 certificate. Going to N3 when i got the time.

    It requires no programming or technical skills at all. Just join the Skype group, join the Dropbox (both of which simply require making an account), and translate line-by-line with a notepad document. It looks like this:

    As you can see, all you have to do is enter the English text directly beneath the Japanese. I always have the game open while doing so.

     

    Keisuke, being the hacker, has some sort of magical programming that then puts the notepad documents into the patch. -_-

     

    Don't worry too much about the English, either. Keisuke, myself, and our checker go through the game before release to clear up English errors, so even if there's something incomprehensible in English, I'll be able to understand it using the Japanese. In addition to that, we'll have beta testers before making any releases.

    may i ask? which part of work that does by the "translator" ?

     

    actually i am a bit interested to help, but i have no idea how to do it. if i just need to translate a text to text (not extract it from game file and change it as a patch file, or anything that recuired an advanced programing skills) maybe i can help, since i have some free time on my hands.

    well, i am not a native english speaker..... so maybe i will make a grammar error here and there. but if you dont mind, maybe i can help.
