I've regained normal access to the rest of the site now. Thank you staff.

I can access the homepage, but the directory link tabs don't work except for the volunteer one. Is the site undergoing maintenance or what? My internet is functioning fine otherwise.

When I double-click the application icon for Chaos;Head, all I get is a black window with no audio. When I try closing it by clicking the "x" in the upper right of the window, it does nothing. I torrented the game from fuwanovel, have my system local set to Japanese, and run Windows Vista 32-bit. I also downloaded Steins;Gate (Great VN!) and open it in the same manner without any problems. I'm rather new to VNs and the sort, so I'm not very knowledgeable on how to get them working properly, and would appreciate any help.
