As someone who doesn't like h-scenes but finds himself surrounded by h-scene proponents in this forum, this feature is exactly what I want. Everyone wins.

I just want to comment that: The Houzuki route in the fan disc is a must read. In fact it's arguably better than the main story.

That's dumb. I'm not a native English/Japanese speaker, but the first word coming to my mind for 軍団 is legion, and the first Japanese word coming to my mind for platoon is 小隊. Guess I'll just have to give up the English version.

Judging by the titles you listed, you've only scratched the surface of VN. Regarding Aまでなら Since I still lack context and background info, if I would hazard a guess, assuming A refers to A Rise, the connotation behind this sentence perhaps is "if even Rise is involved in this kind of relationship(危ない展開), then I can use this scandal as leverage against her in order to beat her in popularity"

Plotwise, chapter 1 is the best. Period.

So the shit finally hit the fan. Fuwa civil war imminent. For me, I only read VN on console where it's mandatory for game companies to remove all H scenes. And I never feel off, or that something is amiss in the story. This is expected because H scenes are generally fillers targeting a certain audience which I don't belong to. But since I can't change other people's opinion, I just hope all VN companies include an option to allow players to turn off H content so everyone would be happy.

Too bad no Japanese, otherwise I'll definitely recommend 428 ~Fuusa Sareta Shibuya de~, a critically acclaimed VN that received a score of 40/40 from famitsu, yet largely ignored by western community.

I'm wondering how comfortable it is to play a PC VN using touch screen? And I couldn't stop tingling with mixed feelings the moment I saw a screenshot of White Album 2. I just finished introductory chapter on PS3, it's a must read for all romance VN fans. 一看到White Album 2的截图我就百感交集。刚刚在PS3上通了introductory chapter，简直是纯爱神作。

It seems there's a PSN version. Also Aquaplus always release its games eventually as AquaPlus2800, aka, greatest hit edition, which is much cheaper.

Drop it and switch to To Heart 2 DX+ on PS3. It's the ultimate version.

I'm a fan of their games too. I played every title released by Aquaplus. Now reading White Album 2 and being greatly moved. YOU SHOULD TRY IT TOO.
