It's non-ero after all. Little Busters too. I didn't know Air and Kanon had non-ero. They're also good to start with. Basically, VNs from Key are nice if you want non-ero. The When They Cry series is also nice. They're regarded as masterpieces, so try them out. Not all people like it though. I'd recommend Gadget Trial if you want a little gameplay. It's fun, but it's not a good place to start. Try it sometime later. That's all for now.

Update: Ludo's the first one to actually state his progress this week. This is his actual post. He already updated the progress on their site, so check it out! It's 1.5% from last week, but at least we're seeing progress now. It's not like in the past, where the game stays dead for a year and so. His actual progress update might be posted tomorrow in my timezone, but it's nice to have an idea on how far he's gotten, right? He also stated an approximation on how fast he's translating, so we can expect it to be finished in the first three months of 2015. I'm UTC+8, by the way. Good job translators! Update on Tulip Goddess Maria's progress on Rance Quest will be posted either tomorrow or on Monday due to timezone problems.

Follow your dick. I mean, do what the game told you exactly to do. Conquer, rape, have sex, repeat. Don't follow a walkthrough. It ruins the game, in my opinion. The events are quite random at times, so things might not work out for you in the end. Just conquer, have sex, see events, and do things you want. Heck, you can even kill Hakkin Dassan for no reason, if you like. That 13th - 14th turn 3rd action flag doesn't always work. If it did work, however, then that's a big help for you. I'd tell you not to attack the 8 houses housing the gourds immediately, as defeating 5 of them will activate the Honnouji event early, which will severely cripple your actions. The game will put beating Nobunaga on priority, so it will hinder you from doing what you want. It's practically impossible to lose, unless you screw yourself up at some point in the game. And yes, My Glorious Days! I commend you then. Go down the path of JAP reading, Kelebek! Come back triumphant! Translate! I hope your efforts don't go to waste. Rance is an easy series to read, after all. According to people, at least.
