Toradora Portable "Kanou Sakura" Ending Spoilers Pls

Sooo I've spent the past few days reading the Toradora Portable VN. Overall I just couldn't really get into it, the true endings were decent but the rest of it was pretty boring. ANYWAYS, I just finished the last of the normal routes and tried to start up the Kanou Sakura bonus story you unlock after completing all the other routes. So of course my emulator decides now to crash every time I try to start a new game.

I don't really care enough to hunt down a patch or a workaround, so can someone please just give me the cliff notes of the sidestory so I can mark this as "completed" on my VNDB page?

Oh someone did reach it , I thought this game can never be finished. Since I was never able to understand the walkthroughs and my pity mind always got me to the ending where the parrot is a love cupid (not gonna spoil more QQ) . I am sorry I can't really help you.

I've completed the whole VN so here's the spoilers for Sakura's route, it's really short and didn't feel rewarding at all which is quite the shame.

You play as Sakura's boyfriend and you crash into Ryuuji on the street swapping bodies.

Then you go around convincing Sakura you're still her boyfriend despite the different body and she eventually accepts the fact you're now in Ryuuji's body and then a kiss scene is about to occur when suddenly you wake up and realize it was all a dream.

from my personal experience roughly 50-60% of the game has been quite boring, without any dept, or meaning. bonus route, as well as the normal routes of the other chicks were frankly speaking KRAP & the sole reason i played it was for amis sake, which i definitely wont regret, since shes ami, you know.

edit: those minigames with the pet were gruesome, cause nearly everytime they occured my emulator went into slow-motion & the sounds .......

The VN is obviously just tacking on to the anime's popularity to make some quick cash. There's no real depth to most if not all the routes and most of my enjoyment came from the comedic side routes.

From the main heroines, Ami takes the cake by far despite not being anything super outstanding, Minori and Taiga's path is just uninspired as hell and their sole value is the small epilogue to give you some vague sense of accomplishment.

Overall, Inko-chan best grill, and the best ending is the one where you end up with Ryuuji's mom.
