Is Rewrite only for 64bit systems?

I've recently downloaded Rewrite and tried to start it up on my 32bit windows 7 but it didn't work. Is there a 32 bit version or is it only 64 bit? I remember when I downloaded it that people were complaining they couldn't play because they didn't have 64 bit or something like that. ;w;

No, my laptop is 32 bit and Rewrite works on it. Rewrite doesn't work on non-Japanese Windows (different from Japanese locale, you actually need a Japanese copy of Windows, in addition to it being in Japanese locale) without a crack, so maybe look into that.

I installed it in the laptop of my dad (seven 32) and works fine.

btw maybe there are many version of rewrite because the one I have just with the system locale on japanese works perfectly (2 dvd versions + the no-CD + english patch)

run rewrite.bat as administrator

after that, u can enter the game either from rewrite.bat (as administrator) or from siglusengine

doesn't matter which^
