Help with IRC Rizon BotServ

Okay, I'm kinda confused with this function. Do the bots talk anything by themselves? Because, I've put two of them in a channel I created, and they didn't say anything.

I think there are bots that do automatic stuff but I've seen a lot where you need to actually input some commands for them to work. Not really much experience in IRC but in the short while I've used it, that's what I saw. Stuff like google bot and youtube bot giving out search results after inputting commands.

The bot does not really do much. You can make it talk don't know the command for it
