Kamidori Alchemy Meister game freezes on level up

I am playing on a mac with wine. The game runs perfectly but when I level up, the game freezes. As you can see i have not gotten very far. Can anyone tell me a solution to this problem. I have my locale set to Japanese.

go to winetricks, check custom and enter quartz. Run and try play it again, it should give you errors now at level up, but you can simply go through them by clicking yes every time, i fixed your very same problem like that
