Cookie Posted April 23, 2013 Posted April 23, 2013 Hello I just dowload Dra+Koi and my antivirus program fond a trojan horse in "fix.dill". is it some thing to worry about or not ?
Tay Posted April 23, 2013 Posted April 23, 2013 That depends. Many visual novels get picked up by antiviruses and the files quarantined, but the supermajority are false positives. Where did you get your copy of the game? That's probably a better indication of reliability.
Luch Posted April 23, 2013 Posted April 23, 2013 At least for fuwanovel version online scanners give only one hit so I'd say its false positive.
solidbatman Posted April 23, 2013 Posted April 23, 2013 At least for fuwanovel version online scanners give only one hit so I'd say its false positive. It should also be noted that Antivir has a very very high false positive rate as well.
Snowtsuku Posted April 26, 2013 Posted April 26, 2013 Did anyone try playing the fuwa version already?
Kendjin Posted April 26, 2013 Posted April 26, 2013 Well since I simply cannot download it. No, I am unable to play it.
Kendjin Posted April 26, 2013 Posted April 26, 2013 Why o why? Fuwa's file is so small as compared to erogedownload, which is why I am asking. Says it can't find the tracker. It just seems to be on that torrent. I can probably get it from elsewhere.
Kendjin Posted April 26, 2013 Posted April 26, 2013 I have now moved my box over. No longer an issue with getting the VN.
RusAnon Posted April 26, 2013 Posted April 26, 2013 Did anyone try playing the fuwa version already? I did, wrote about in in playing thread. Works fine for me, but I use separate Win XP VirtualBox VM to run VNs, so viruses are not an issue.
