Grisaia no Kajitsu crashes

Hi! first post here so i dont really know how to do this kind of stuff but, I have been really enjoying this game but i had to stop playing for school related reasons. So after the intro i decided to save. but when i went to open the Menu the game crashes Instantly ;(. All the setting are default and i restarted my computer twice and deleted all files relating to this game and reinstalled it... TWICE, and i would really apreciate any one that could help me thanks in advance! Here is a screen shot, just in case . (Sorry if its HUGE, im not good with computers. ALSO sorry for bad english i have bad spelling.)

 

EDIT: I also cant use the Auto and Quick save Buttons. And i start it up using Japanese locale as well.

I have fixed this problem. I just edited the Startup.xml 
n the config folder you find startup.xml file.OPEN this in notepad and look for lines:

<FOLDER>
<save>%USERPROFILE%\%brand%\%title%</save>
<!--<save>.\save</save>-->
</FOLDER>

 

And change it to:

<FOLDER>
<!--<save>%USERPROFILE%\%brand%\%title%</save>-->
<save>.\save</save>
</FOLDER>

 

This will ignore any funny characters you have inYOUR ACCOUNT name and create save files into the game folder instead.
