Anime/Manga Recommendation Rules

This section is meant to help regulate the Recommendations section of the Anime/Manga Talk board.

In this board you can ask for recommendations for the following things:

• Anime
• Manga
• Manhwa (Korean Comics)
• Manhua (Chinese Comics)
• Light Novels

Before making a new topic:

• Make sure you've checked popular listing sites for recommended similar anime/manga.
• If you're looking for genres, check the respective website's top rated anime/manga in those genres.

Also see if someone's made a topic before you ask for something similar, you might find helpful recommendations in there.

If you really can't find anything that interests you, then you may make a new topic.

When making a new topic:

• Make sure you use a descriptive title and explain as good as possible what you're looking for in the post so people can help you.
• Don't ask where to illegally obtain the anime/manga you're looking for.
• Make sure you include spoilers when necessary (eg: when you ask for a series where a main character dies at the end).

When replying to a topic

• Don't make troll recommendations (eg: boku no pico)
• Don't provide illegal sources for the series in question, use legal sources instead.
• Don't bump topics in which the last reply is older than 2 weeks and the topic wasn't made by you.
• Don't break any of the already existing Forum Rules
