Yeah that's it, i've seen many more but i don't usually watch anime adapted from manga or VN cause i like to play the originals, same goes for the light novel but they are quite well adapted into animtion so it's the exeption i don't mind.

I am aware of how horrible the Pandora Hearts anime is compared to the manga but it still holds a special place in my heart since I saw the anime before I read the manga. <3
