Zodai Posted June 17, 2015 Posted June 17, 2015 Ooh, Pillocks of Eternity is on sale. If you like D&D-ish RPGs it's probably worth buying. It's on my wishlist but it's a tad too expensive for me to consider right now ;-; Quote
Mr Poltroon Posted June 18, 2015 Posted June 18, 2015 A chance presents itself to buy Oblivion, and yet here I am, buying discounted DLC for other games and counting my pennies. Quote
LiquidShu Posted June 18, 2015 Posted June 18, 2015 Bought Hero Siege for .86 cents, really fun game with multiplayer. About to buy Asterbreed as well, I enjoy bullethells. Quote
Decay Posted June 18, 2015 Posted June 18, 2015 A chance presents itself to buy Oblivion, and yet here I am, buying discounted DLC for other games and counting my pennies. You've made the right choice. Mr Poltroon 1 Quote
monkeysrumble Posted June 18, 2015 Posted June 18, 2015 Got System Shock 2 and Baulder's Gate 2. I've been meaning to play a Baulder's Gate game for probably 10 years now so I'm happy to finally have a chance to play it sometime in the future. Quote
Funyarinpa Posted June 18, 2015 Posted June 18, 2015 Got System Shock 2 and Baulder's Gate 2. I've been meaning to play a Baulder's Gate game for probably 10 years now so I'm happy to finally have a chance to play it sometime in the future. If you have not played SS2 before, google "System Shock Portable". It is a full version of the first game. It comes with a mouselook mod, and is legally free. Play that first. Quote
BookwormOtaku Posted June 19, 2015 Posted June 19, 2015 Found Elder Scrolls Morrowind on sale for 75% off and bought it Quote
LiquidShu Posted June 19, 2015 Posted June 19, 2015 Okay! I am about to buy 24 items for a total of $151.45. Any games people believe I should add/remove from my cart? Here is a SS: The last two games are DLC for Hero Siege that I am getting regardless. If I remove some of those games I will probably end up getting a League alt/RP ;__; Quote
Mevvrynne Posted June 19, 2015 Posted June 19, 2015 Hand of Fate is definitely a good buy. A pseudo create your own adventure with various twists depending on the challenge and an endless mode which incorporates everything you have unlocked. Quote
BookwormOtaku Posted June 19, 2015 Posted June 19, 2015 Freedom Planet is a very good choice, especially if you're a Sonic fan and miss the days of good Sonic games Quote
LiquidShu Posted June 19, 2015 Posted June 19, 2015 What about the Sakura games? Are they worth the $10? Quote
LiquidShu Posted June 19, 2015 Posted June 19, 2015 lol, no. Ouch, OK. Removing them from my cart. Waaaaaaah Steam won't let me buy just the sound track for "Tokyo School Life". Removed it from my cart as well as the Sakura games, Jade Empire, Bullet Storm, and The Way We All Go. Saves me money and I can get Jade Empire for cheaper when ever I want on g2a. All I wanted was the sound track though, please report Steam. On a side note, I hit 200 games on Steam. Quote

LiquidShu Posted June 19, 2015 Posted June 19, 2015 Image porn. Now, imagine the hardcore stuff was replaced with extremely softcore porn (no real nudity, just teasing), but with the storyline and writing of porn. There you go. Worth $10? https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=wW_ikQbTD-4 Stray Cat 1 Quote
Virtuesque Posted June 19, 2015 Posted June 19, 2015 For those who like horror game/stories, Neverending Nightmares is on sale and quite cheap. The gameplay is almost non-existent but the art style, environments and general atmosphere of the game more than make up for it. Quote
Mr Poltroon Posted June 19, 2015 Posted June 19, 2015 Assassin's Creed, eh? I wonder if I should blow what remains of my money on those games? Quote
solidbatman Posted June 19, 2015 Posted June 19, 2015 Assassin's Creed, eh? I wonder if I should blow what remains of my money on those games? Ubisoft games, so prepare for another layer of DRM with uPlay Quote
Mr Poltroon Posted June 19, 2015 Posted June 19, 2015 Ubisoft games, so prepare for another layer of DRM with uPlay Managed to get the bloody thing not to explode on me when desperately trying to play Anno 2070, so I should be mostly fine on that front. Quote
Funyarinpa Posted June 19, 2015 Posted June 19, 2015 Got the first episode of Life Is Strange. We'll see how that turns out. By the way, GOG's Summer Sale is ending. Your first order nails you a free copy of Simcity 2000, and some games are very cheap. System Shock 2, for example, is 85% off and it is one of the best PC games I have ever played. Quote
Tyrael Posted June 19, 2015 Posted June 19, 2015 Flash sale on the Sakura series guys Also, disagree with Tiag, I have had nothing but hell from Ubisoft's DRM PS: Tokyo School Life is on sale, is it any good? Quote
Mr Poltroon Posted June 19, 2015 Posted June 19, 2015 I've only ever dealt with it on consoles, but I've heard nightmarish stories from people that have had to deal with it on Steam. Watch Dogs, anyone? Apparently it bugged out and permanently prevented someone from launching Child of Light and they never got their money back. I'd stay away from anything that has Uplay on it, honestly. It's a terribly inefficient, redundant system of DRM that only seems to screw with paying customers because of how poorly it's implemented. Funnerific Posted June 19, 2015 Posted June 19, 2015 PS: Tokyo School Life is on sale, is it any good? Quote
SilverLi Posted June 19, 2015 Posted June 19, 2015 Trails of the Sky is on a 50% daily sale now. I also recommend anyone who is a fan of RTS look up Europa Universalis 4. on 75% sale now. Although a lot of DLCs are not on sale. Bad Paradox. Quote
Thunderbro Posted June 19, 2015 Posted June 19, 2015 Dragonball Xenoverse is 50% off. Does anyone know if the game is worth the buy? Quote
