Looking to hire an artist

So from past experience I've seen fuwanovel has a handful of VN artists here/people here have hired VN artists.

So I'm looking for an artist to make me an original banner image for my site ExtraMana.com which is a Japanese pop-culture site that reports on anime, manga, visual novels, console rpg's etc. Hence why a VN artist would be a good fit. Can anyone recommend me one? (link portfolios etc).

I messaged 5 artists on pixiv (hopefully one of them speaks English, google translate is dodgy) and posted a job on deviantart.

Also messaged a couple artists on Lemmasoft.
