Soukoku - AGE stopped working

When I open the AGE, this notification pop up :

 

This is the setting when I click yes :

 

And when I try to browse the configuration (also when I try the new game, just after the narrator(maybe, I don't know) said something) :

 

Already search the web, and their problem is because they forgot to change the local to japan, but I've done that long ago

The first message is just an error notifying the user that the game crashed and asking if the user wants to reset config settings.  Just hit no and play as usual.

 

The error in the config screen is... not supposed to happen.  Try reinstalling the game, maybe?  Make sure you install the game with locale and date format set to Japanese.  Also make sure you're using the latest patch.

I already reinstalling the game a few times, but the same thing still happen

Did you make sure that all data was deleted after removing it, in many cases there are some things left like configuration-data, logs, Cracks, DRM some are even in hidden folders and so on after unintalling a game?
