Kamidori Alchemy Meister : Runtime error

Hello, I'm french so sorry, I can make some mistakes.

 

I install the game and the translations, and I run the game with AppLocale and I have this error : http://i.imgur.com/jRwuKte.png(It's the same error when I pass to Japanese location for non-unicode programs)

 

So, I run the game without AppLocale or anything else (with compatibility mode for Windows 7). The game runs perfectly to the OP : http://i.imgur.com/HvSchha.jpg

But when i pass my mouse on a button on Extra menu or New game menu, it gives me this runtime error : http://i.imgur.com/gBKSdHT.png

 

Can you help me ?

 

 

EDIT: I download the K-Lite Codec Pack Full and the game is running with Applocale, but I still have a problem, the game crash : http://i.imgur.com/dbj9rfI.png

for playing eushully games it IS neccessary to also change your time/date to japanese BEFORE installing it, otherwise you´ll miss some data & that error keeps popping out every few minutes.
AGE.exe non available for kamidori, but should work if done as mentioned:

change to japanese locale - change date/time to japan - install the game as instructed - patch it if desired - play & have fun
