I did everything in that game up to Mare and didn't bother with Mare. a great decision, in my opinion.

I started A Profile ... Till now I read only 1 or 2 hours but i would say it isn't really a masterpiece. But i'm sure it will be more entertaining and I looking forward to it. The MC, till now, feels really shallow. I also hope that will be better. I will go for the recommended Playthrough order and start with Rizu (but I don't like that whole brother-sister thing, also if they don't blood-related) ...

Well, still on Haru's route.  Between school and house sitting for some friends, I doubt I'm gonna get much of her route done by the weekend, and I definitely won't be finishing it.  I might be able to get it on a flash drive and use the computer there to make some progress...

 

I dislike how in Mizuha's route

Hashimoto (the basketball player that kidnaps Mizuha) is portrayed as not knowing what he's doing and bluffing after Kyousuke calls the cops, yet in Haru's route is shown to be actually quite calculating. He's obviously Maou's pawn, but still, dat lack of continuity...

Picked up Grisaia last week. Yes I know I am slow. Enjoying it so far. I can barely open my mouth and say this without someone telling me how hood it is or which route they think are superior. Don't tell anyone you are playing it.

Finished the second trial of Dangan Ronpa 2.   I'm all despaired up in here now, probably the best trial of all the games so far.  

 

Also, the fact that Hajimae is JYB and uses his Adachi voice while talking about murders makes my day, every day.

Well, I've made a little progress into Comyu, and so far, the only character I'm interested in is Kagome.  Why is the best heroine always the true heroine, and locked until you finish the other routes?  D:

Currently playing Grisaia no Kajitsu, let me tell you this vn is long as hell, it look me a few days to get to the first choice since it's loaded with dialogues.

But wait!  There's more!  Seriously, the first choice doesn't even let you into Makina's route, which is the first available route.

 

I know, but still, it's kind of irritating.  From what I've heard, the other routes aren't that good compared to Kagome's, so I'm a little bummed about that.

I don't think so, especially about Benio. She's not my favorite character but the fact that she is a totally innocent girl from a wealthy family dragged in a dark world against her will and the way her ideals are shaken up all along the story is appreciable, she was necessary in the group. About Akihito I see many people who dislikes him, it's true that he isn't "extreme" like people in his coµ and Kagome which make him more bland than the others (who are, like you said, very well built for the most part) but as a MC he isn't bad, he has some retarded scenes but he catches up with all of his background, his relation with Gasai and his cynical behavior, not a top-tier MC but at least he's far from being a flaw.

I will stop here I don't want to deviate the thread too much time.

Am I the only one that liked Akihito's hypocritical and cynical behavior? Yeah we could argue that as a male character Gasai was much more likable, but Akihito fitted the spot this time around in my opinion. Flawed characters are always the best characters, they transmit much more realism and feeling.

Now getting this derailed train on track, I'm still entering Shizuru's route because today I made no progress on rewrite. I'm gonna try to make progress tonight/tomorrow.
