- So far, I like every main character. 

- Wow, Sango is bae. Like wow, that short silhouette with them hips is just... wow.

Swan Song was one of the first VN's I read. Playing through it and it was completely twisted and fucked up. The main antagonist later in the game does a great job at being the antagonist, because I really did hate him. The game also did a great job at the apocalyptic setting and brings out the dark side of people.

Playing Bunny Black right now, but aside from that I got Demon Master Chris, Lilium Triangle and Sengoku Rance. I already finished Rance but the RPG elements and stuff I haven't unlocked yet keep me going back, I think i finished the regular story line on it probably 11 times or so already. If you like hard RPG's and haven't played it until you were satisfied with the conclusion Sengoku Rance is a great game, I've even played the non hentai aspects of it multiple times. I think I got the hannies to take over JAPAN at least three times already and those guys completely blow especially if you play Hanny only completions.

Games with RPG elements are my favorite either way. I think I might be overleveling everything in Bunny Black right now but whatever. I wanna be able to one shot all dem female units whenever Darx comes up for his turn.

Read ×× of the Dead. Great sequel to 触祭の都. Only thing I could complain about is the voice distortion for girls turned zombie being a bit too much. Wish they'd included a slider option for that, or at least a way to turn it on/off.

 

Started reading 駄作, finished two of the routes so far. All I can say is holy shit. Purely in terms of imagery I've seen worse, but damn these characters are insane. Money quote: お目目レイプ希望.

Finished Ell-chan's route in Osadai. I have to say that I was going crazy at how cute Ell was through out the route. All the flirting, seeing her progress as a person, and her character in general was too cute for me. 

 

 

The second h scene when she had cat ears on was the most adorable thing I have seen in a while. From the fellatio to when she got on all fours I just couldn't handle. Then after when Junichiro asked what she wanted for Christmas and she said his child I was 100% gone. 

 

Voting Qoo for best mom of the year. Rescued her daughter so she could be with Junichiro    She even made Ell be able to have children apparently   Ahh this route was so nice.

 

Overall, I would have to say Ell is the cutest Heroine I have seen in a while.

I started playing KoiRizo and XBlaze: Code Embryo

 

Xblaze has pretty impressive visual presentation. Scenes have different "camera angles", you can see the characters sprites from behind and sideways and there's some dynamic close-ups to give a sense of motion. This works best when reading on auto, since it kinda makes it seem like a interactive anime. (The sprites are not actually animated apart from faces, but still)

 

The story seems pretty interesting as well and I like the TOi system. If reading adds about shampoo gives me shower scenes, I have nothing to complain.

Finished KoiRizo. I can see why Pulltop decided to publish it under a different name/subsidiary haha. Basically a nukige with a layer of plot added on top. Not necessarily a bad thing tbh. Enjoyable read overall.

I understand what you're saying. Like I said I only have a mac right now (my Husband has a windows laptop but he only uses it for his programing stuff for work) so the scope of visual novels that I can play right now is very limited.

Right now on my mac I have:

RE- Alistair (First VN I ever played, completed all endings except for Shiro's.)

Katawa Shoujo (currently playing)

Narcissu (1 & 2) (haven't played yet, I've heard it's a pretty depressing "crying game" but also sweet.)

Ripples (A Kinetic Visual Novel. Completed, wish it was longer.)

Perhaps I should start a thread about what games people would suggest to a mac user.

Regarding Narcissu, you are gonna cry...A LOT.. It's a great game nevertheless.

After halting my Kara no Shoujo playthrough due to learning about Cartagra, I started Cartagra. 

 

I just met Kazuna and I've gotta say that her VA is a bit too... loud? Cheerful? Doesn't match her sprite and the mood of the game at all. Sounds like Amane from Grisaia.

Finally finished Sachi's route on Grisaia. Only took me 3 weeks, but it was worth it. And I cried. I cried like the lil' bitch I am.

Dunno about the rest of the routes, but from this one alone I can see why this VN is regarded to be a good one. AND I GET SACHI WALLPAPERS AFTERWARDS ^.^

Well right now i am playing:

Little Busters!: i am in Kuds route but honestly thinking about dropping it, so far the VN didn't really impress me.

Cross Channel: finished Miki's route, so far one of the top VNs i played.

Kara no Shoujo: I dropped it a few weeks ago, didn't impress me, also i realized there was a prequel to it.

 

the VNs i have finished so far:

Narcissu: 10/10 a masterpiece !

Playing ever17, it's really good so far the only bad thing and I mean really bad is that you need re-read everything every time you chose another route and the skip button is so damn slow, all those silly choices >_> it takes more time to go through all that than actually reading the endings...
