Are you running your computer with Non-Unicode Japanese? (link to instructions): Yes

Game: Sharin no Kuni, Yuukyu no Shounenshoujo

Description of Problem: Game won't start, it shows a error sceen and a backlog

Your Operating System:

64 or 32 bit (link to how to find): 64 bit

What did you already try? (Uninstall/Reinstall, Redownload, Run as admin, etc): Redownload, Run as admin, The compatibility mode does not work, Tried to change the location to japanese again, restart.

Did you download your game from Fuwanovel?: Yes

When you try to run the game, this is what appears:

yukyu.exe に書き込みできません。シフトウェアが実行中のままにたっていたいか。あるいは書き込み権限があるかどうかを確認してください。------> unable to access(write) yukyu.exe. (Something about staying in software runtime in this line, can't really get it). Perhaps you should confirm if you have permission to access the file.

I've always wondered what those error messages said.

I am not translating the extended backlog.

Game cannot read/write that savefile. Make sure that file is not set to be read-only and that your user account correct permissions to that file. Check this post if you dont know how to set permissions/ownership.

Ok, I changed everything i had into that tab until i found that it was set to be read-only
