Cross Channel and the nature of Kurosu Taichi

Has anyone else found themselves deeply connected with Taichi? (Spoilers ahead)

I for one found him as an almost carbon copy of my high school self. While I don't have the insane backstory of being gang raped and forced to murder, I have had similar interpersonal experiences as Taichi. Mainly, I was very manipulative with words. I had the same experience Taichi had with Yusa, or rather multiple experiences. I forged many romantic relationships with a fake self, never letting on that I'm simply a mad lolicon deprived of human contact. Once I took delight in ending one of said relationships as cruelly as I possibly could, thus showing I have the same masochistic/sadistic tendency as Taichi. I was also well near his level of perversion even from an early age. All that said, there's much more detail pertaining to the similarities between me and the character but I'll stop here. Akin to Taichi's end, I now live as a hikkikomori of 3 years.

Does anyone else see some of themselves within the characters of Cross Channel?

He's certainly an interesting character, but I never really felt any connections with him...

Cross Channel is a classic for good reason, but no, I never felt an intense personal connection with Taichi, except on the level I empathize with all protagonists.
