Can't open Kono Oozora CGs

I already saw the CGs in game, so why is that happening?

If you have the restoration patch installed (which you seem to) then the CG gallery is glitched and the CGs in the thumbnail don't correspond to the actual CG that shows up.

 

That's why some CGs aren't opening, you've unlocked them (the one in the thumbnail) but the place where they are in the gallery corresponds to another CG that you didn't unlock yet. This is a known bug in the restoration patch and can not be fixed.
